Aircraft Gate Fit Checks
The Gate Fit Team provides expert oversight and management of “Gate Fit Checks” for airport terminal construction projects.
We handle all coordination among the airport, airlines, stakeholders and vendors to validate design details, and to deliver successful gate layouts for a flawless operation.
Our Team
We are a group of seasoned airline and airport construction professionals who have held operational, project management, and leadership positions at the major US carriers and airports across the country, and are leveraging that experience by teaming up with clients on airport terminal projects.
The Gate Fit Team was formed to strategize, lead and execute “Gate Fit Checks” for the SAN New Terminal 1 program, and to ensure all airlines would be set to begin immediate full-scale operations on Day 1. It was a huge success and we delivered a 17-day program in 8 days, faster and smoother than anyone thought possible.
Our process and playbook were so effective that we decided to build an organization that offers this kind of staff augmentation nationwide as a natural, seamless pairing to the ORAT process.
